Chinese New Year is a time for families to come together and honour our ancestors while enjoying large feasts comprising traditional dishes such as Yee Sang and Poon Choi. Having that in mind, Tai Thong's talented culinary team has crafted memorable meals for its clientele with a sumptuous spread of the Golden Fortune Yee Sang with Assorted Fruits & Nuts and Prestigious Abalone Poon Choi.

The auspicious festive menus begin with Yee Sang - the must have prosperity salad during Chinese New Year, and this year Tai Thong Group's Golden Fortune Yee Sang comes with assorted fruits and nuts, featuring a healthy and nutritious Yee Sang promising a great dish with great taste and divine flavours.

A dish rich in symbolism, Tai Thong Group's Fruits Yee Sang is fresh yet rich in flavour, with carefully selected fruits such as ruby-red pomegranate, juicy dragon fruit, tangy mandarin orange, floral-sweet rose apple and jackfruit. On top of that, healthy ingredients including almonds, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, dried cranberries and blueberries are also added in the nutritious Yee Sang to give the dish a more distinct texture and flavour.

If the Fruits Yee Sang does not appeal to your palate, Tai Thong also offer the 'Luxurious Salmon & Smoked Duck Fortune Yee Sang' which are also available for your enjoyment with friends and family. It's priced at RM 68++ (Half Portion) and RM 108++ (Full Portion).

For something more premium, diners can indulge in add-ons of Australian 5-Head Sliced Abalone (RM68++/portion), Jelly Fish (RM 18++/portion) or Crispy Cracker (RM 6.80++/pack).

Tai Thong's A Bundle Of Prosperity includes the 'Prestigious Abalone Poon Choi', a potful of treasures best shared with family and loved ones this Chinese New Year. This must have treasure pot makes for a hearty meal as it is packed with 18 ingredients and can be enjoyed by 8 individuals.

This savoury treat is rich with layers of delicate Mexican abalone, braised sea cucumber, conpoy, fish maw, dried oyster, sea prawn, straw mushroom, roast duck, braised pork knuckle, vegetarian goose, fresh beancurd stick, button mushroom, taro, radish, Jin Bai, broccoli and Fatt Choy, stewed in luscious abalone oyster sauce.

Total indulgence with extra ingredients thrown in are the specially imported premium quality Golden Oyster (RM 68++/8 pieces per portion) and Giant Scallops (RM 98++/8 pieces per portion)

Customers can also have the 'Opulent Poon Choi' which comes with dried scallops instead of the Mexican abalone for RM398++ Per Pot.

Other must-have delicacies are the Sticky Rice Cakes or more commonly known in Chinese as the 'Nian Gao'. Tai Thong Group's Master Chef and culinary visionary, Chef Loo has crafted two unique Nian Gao's recipe featuring 'Matcha Sticky Rice Cake' and 'Jujube Sticky Rice Cake' to tempt your taste buds for this festive season.

Served with a piquant XO sauce that is guaranteed to pique the palate and delight your senses. 

Both Sticky Rice Cakes, Taro Cake and Radish Cake are available for TAKEAWAY in an attractive pink-toned box. Just choose any 2 of the Chinese pastries for RM 38Nett Per Box. Each serving of the cakes are around 600grams per plate.
